This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the city centre and the bus terminal. the rooms are spacious and well equipped, with clean bathrooms and a comfortable bed. the breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the pool area is beautiful and relaxing, with stunning views of the surrounding area.

Noise from outside the hotel can sometimes be heard in the rooms, which can be a bit distracting.

The suite didn't seem appealing on photos but it was nice. Good location, a few steps away from everything we had planned to do. We were near to some of our favorite spots such as Viewpoint Diana.

We recently had a romantic escape and overall had a great experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and lots of restaurant options. We appreciated the complementary champagne and the roses in our room upon arrival. The breakfast was also complementary and delicious. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and sauna after a long day of walking.

The spa was a bit disappointing. The staff was not very friendly and the treatments were overpriced.

when i arrive, it was actually the international film festival and it is very fortunate to have a room right oppostie the film festival and from the room balcony, we can see the fireworks. it was beautiful and it was great! In general, the hotel was very clean and everything is superb it is a pity that we have to leave early in the morning and we miss breakfast.

The hotel's staff was accommodating and welcoming during my business trip. The breakfast had a diverse variety of options and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel's location was central and close to the train station, making it easy to navigate through the area.

The room I stayed in didn't have a view of the city, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the spa services were not offered during my visit, so I wasn't able to fully experience the amenities.

Most of all I liked breakfasts in this hotel. Some dishes were different each day - very delicios and healthy. I also was amazed than they gave me a big package with breakfast in the early morning in the day of my departure. I liked the interior desine of the hotel. It is also good located in the center of Karlovy vary.

If you prefer to sleep with your husband/wife on a big bed, it isn't in a standart room, it is better to book suite room or lux room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and overlooking the river. The view from my room was simply stunning. The staff provided excellent service, from the reception desk to the restaurant. They were polite and welcoming, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and quality provided at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Staff very helpful. Spa, pretty good value for the money. Thumbs up for the spa staff! Very nice room, very spacious. Dinner was good, breakfast diverse and good, though fruit not specially tasty. All in all, a really special stay. I would definitely repeat.

Parking on the hotel facility can be someting uncomfortable, maybe you have to leave your keys for them to move the car. I wa lucky though, since I got a parking place with no need of it.

TV set was not working, toilet was little bit stinky, smell of smoke in the morning, missing bath robes (staff forget to bring them), missing home shoes (it was quite uncomfortable to go to spa center bare foot)

Elegant and comfortable suites, efficient cleaning staff, great restaurant service and food, luxurious bathroom, friendly and helpful reception staff.

After we have the booking problem we went to a room which was already full. It was not nice to open someones room in the middle of the evening.
